Salvation Army Policy Decried

San Fransicso Bay Area officials on Wednesday blasted the Salvation Army for a decision to limit its health benefits to married couples and their dependent children. The Salvation Army's move rescinded a policy extending such benefits that was unveiled earlier this month.
